Of Guyanese – Canadian heritage, Fashion and Food my two greatest loves in life. I travel the globe in constant search of delightful additions to these two categories in my life.

Living in Asia for over 5 years, I am an avid traveler that aims to visit a new country each year.

I created “A Taste of the Caribbean”- Taiwan’s first and only Caribbean kitchen/catering company, brought “yardie” food the locals and filled expatriates’ bellies with a taste of Caribbean delicacies.

Hosted and founded “Genesis Open Mic” a monthly open mic night that ran for 1.5 years in Taipei that was a breeding ground for both local and expat artists of all musical genres living in Taiwan.

Currently working for TAITRA at the International Trade Institute in Taipei, educating the elite of Taiwan’s business core in the areas of international negotiations, meetings, international business culture, meetings etc.

By day I’m corporate and by night I’m designing and developing my private label of clothing, soon to be debut in both Asia and North America.

I have a very strong human rights streak. I’m sympathetic to many international plights concerning refugees, the underdogs, the imprisoned, the oppressed. It is within these groups the one can find the most magical and exotic cultures, way of life and outlooks of positivity that stems from personal strength of being constantly undermined. These individuals are some of the most open minded, accepting beings I’ve encountered on this earth.

I have done work in the Vagina Monologues, created a fund to help Cambodian monks re-integrate back into Cambodian society after leaving a monastery, marched with the Burmese and spent Christmas at a Vietnamese Orphanage.

I especially would like to thank Nathan for welcoming me onboard this exciting venture. As I have seen and experienced in the world without “breaking the bank” in all my travels, I enthusiastically look forward to sharing and showing to the rest of the world on worldwidenate.com.
